Promotion Overview:

The “Cypress Green Hometown Hero $10,000 Off New Home Purchase Promotion”(“Promotion”) is offered to eligible homebuyers purchasing a new home in Cypress Green, a master-planned community in Hockley, TX. Eligible participants will receive a $10,000 discount applied to the purchase price of the home at closing

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for this Promotion, the homebuyer must: Be a currently employed police officer, firefighter, school teacher, emergency medical worker (EMT/paramedic), or active-duty military member. Provide valid proof of employment, such as a current pay stub, employer-issued ID, or military ID.

Home Purchase Requirements:

The home must be a newly constructed home within Cypress Green and purchased directly from one of the following home builders: Brightland Homes, CastleRockCommunities, Colina Homes, Lennar/Village Builders and Long Lake LTD. The home purchase agreement must be fully executed between March 1, 2025, and March 31, 2025. The home must close on or before April 30, 2025. The “promo” application must be completed and delivered to Cypress Green Welcome Center once new home agreement has been executed.

Discount Application:

The $10,000 discount will be applied as a reduction to the final purchase price at closing. This Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retroactively to prior purchases. The Promotion may not be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or incentives unless explicitly approved by Brightland Homes, CastleRock Communities, Colina Homes, Lennar/Village Builders and Long Lake LTD.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

Homes included in the Promotion are subject to availability. The Promotion does not apply to resales, investor purchases, or lease agreements. Participants must use a lender and closing agent approved by Brightland Homes, CastleRock Communities, Colina Homes, Lennar/Village Builders and Long Lake LTD to receive the discount. If the homebuyer fails to close by April 30, 2025, the discount will be forfeited.
