From nail spas to a pizza place, several new businesses are joining Cypress Green’s charming landscape in Hockley.
Newly Opened
Indulge in Southern comfort foods at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, which recently opened at 22111 FM 2920, Hockley, near the entrance to Cypress Green.
Bite into a hot slice of pizza from Marco’s Pizza, which is now open across the road from Cypress Green in the Shops at Bauer Landing at 22618 FM 2920, Ste. 200, Hockley. The new pizza place offers takeout, delivery, and dine-in options.
Wake up with doughnuts, kolaches, and coffee from Shipley Donuts, now open in the Shops at Bauer Landing nearby. Hockley Smiles Dental and Bahama Mama Bauer have also recently opened in the same center.
Coming Soon
At the entrance to Cypress Green, The Market at Cypress Green is filling up with new businesses opening soon at 22215 FM 2920, Hockley.
The site plan for the newly constructed retail center includes 2,000 square feet for an unnamed urgent care provider and 1,400 square feet for The UPS Store.
Permits have also been filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) for La Dolce Nail Spa Hockley to open in the retail center. The nail spa has locations in Spring
and Humble and is slated to wrap up construction on building out the space in August. A permit has also been filed for C&L Dental PLLC to open in the retail center with construction slated to wrap up in late March.
Next door, permits have been filed with the TDLR for Cypress Green Academy, a new daycare facility, to open at 22221 FM 2920, Hockley. Construction is slated to wrap up at the end of July on the new 11,878-square-foot building.
Cowgirl Hockley Nails & Head Spa is slated to open soon at the Shops at Bauer Landing, as is Grand Liquor, according to the site plan from Huntington Properties Inc.
